If you don’t meet the English language requirements then you may wish to enrol in an intensive English language course. The Christchurch College of English (CCEL) is based on campus at the University of Canterbury and offer a range of programmes that pathway students direct to UCIC and the University of Canterbury. Christchurch College of English (CCEL) offers English for Academic Purposes 1 (EAP 1) and English for Academic Purposes 2 (EAP 2) . These programmes are designed for international students to meet the English language requirements needed for their next level of study in New Zealand.
EAP 1 and EAP 2 are delivered by UCIC’s preferred on-campus English language provider, Christchurch College of English (CCEL).
